HELP! Hey all I need some help. This Saturday is opening day of Deer Gun season and the wildlife department (my boss) tries to get biological samples from as many deer as possible for an age survey each year. We usually use college students but this year not enough signed up. What I need is someone (or two!) who doesnt mind dead animal and getting bloody, to go to Terrys Taxidermy in OKC on the 22nd and pull out deer jaws. You WILL be paid, Ill even supplement the pay myself a bit if more than one person works. What do I mean by pull deer jaws? Heres a video from youtube, its not as hard as the guy in the video makes is out to be, hes making it WAY harder for himself. I can show/tell you how to do it properly. I will provide the tools needed and what to do. Anyway I cannot do it because I will be in Texas this weekend, I leave at 530ish this evening. We had a student assigned to work but he flaked out on us this morning. Preferably I need someone there from 9 or 10am to a few hours after dark (to let the evening hunters get in), youll be working in a garage bay that is open to outside air and will be bending over alot. Its a lot of fun, Im actually sad I cant work this year. This would really be helping me out and if you are interested in wildlife its a great thing to have on your resume if not in a career yet.
