Hi we need some help.we purchased a 2nd hand car from a dealer at the beginning of feb with a brand new MOT.we have now been told it needs a new engine as making noises/smoke from exhaust. .we have dug out the paperwork and it was stamped saying no warranty sold as spares/repairs ( why would u mot a car if that was the case?) .can anyone advise us of what we could do please ?
