HERE GOES A DOUBLE: ENGLAND - PREMIER LEAGUE TOTTENHAM VS CARDIFF KICK OFF AT 16.30 GMT FACTS TOTTENHAM Spurs will hope to have full-backs Danny Rose and Kyle Walker available after both missed the Europa League win over Dnipro in midweek. Younes Kaboul has missed the past couple of games and may continue to sit out. Gylfi Sigurdsson and Etienne Capoue are both unlikely to recover in time. CARDIFF There could well be changes for Cardiff here after a 4-0 home loss to Hull last week. Jordan Mutch will likely come back into the starting lineup. Fabio amd Cala are also likely to drop out in defence. STATISTICS Cardiff have lost their last 6 away matches in the Premier League. Cardiff have failed to score in 7 of their last 9 away matches in the Premier League. Tottenham have kept a clean sheet in their last 4 matches against Cardiff in all competitions. Cardiff have conceded at least 2 goals in their last 6 away matches in the Premier League. PREDICTION Tottenham put in a dire display in losing at Norwich last weekend, but will have been buoyed by a rousing comeback victory over Dnipro in the Europa League in midweek. However, they have struggled on the weekend following Thursday night exertions this season and have much better results on the road than at home. Those two factors will give Cardiff belief that they can get something out of the game, and if they start quickly, Spurs could slip up yet again. This certainly wont be as one-sided a game as Cardiffs last outing and Tottenham could take a while to get into the swing of things, but once they do find their stride they should be too strong for the visitors. LINE UPS TOTTENHAM (4-3-3) Lloris, Rose, Vertonghen, Dawson, Walker, Dembélé, Bentaleb, Paulinho, Eriksen, Adebayor, Lennon CARDIFF (4-4-2) Marshall, John, Turner, Caulker, Théophile-Catherine, Zaha, Bo-Kyung, Mutch, Noone, Campbell, Jones OVER 2.5 GOALS ODDS AROUND 1.70 SPAIN - LIGA BBVA ATLETICO MADRID VS REAL MADRID KICK OFF AT 16.00 GMT FACTS ATLETICO MADRID Filipe Luis returned to action last week against Osasuna and will start the derby. Tiago and Javier Manquilo both remain out injured. REAL MADRID Gareth Bale shrugged off a groin injury to play in midweek against Schalke and will be ready to start again this weekend. Cristiano Ronaldo returns from his three-game ban, meaning Jese returns to the bench. STATISTICS Real Madrid have won 12 of their last 14 matches against Atletico in all competitions. Atletico have won 11 of their last 13 home matches in La Liga. Real Madrid have scored at least 2 goals in 13 of their last 15 matches in La Liga. There have been over 2.5 goals scored in 10 of Real Madrids last 12 away games in La Liga. Atletico have kept a clean sheet in 7 of their last 9 home matches in La Liga. Real Madrid have been winning at both half time and full time in 7 of their last 8 away matches against Atletico in all competitions. Real Madrid have won 8 of their last 9 matches in La Liga. Atletico have scored at least 2 goals in 11 of their last 13 home matches in La Liga. Real Madrid have kept a clean sheet in 6 of their last 8 matches in La Liga. Real Madrid have been winning at both half time and full time in their last 3 matches in La Liga. Real Madrid have scored at least 2 goals in 7 of their last 8 away matches against Atletico in all competitions. PREDICTION Real Madrid just go from strength to strength. Not only does Carlo Ancelotti have his front man firing on all cylinders, but the defence has been water-tight of late. Madrid have conceded just once in their last four outings in all competitions, while they have found the net fourteen times. The combination of Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo - a trio that Marca have labelled the BBC - are gelling perfectly as they so astonishingly showed at the Veltins Arena on Wednesday night. Madrid have the most in-form attack across the continent and they are sure to cause Atletico Madrids defence - which has not looked its usual self lately - a number of headaches. While Carlo Ancelotti lines up his side in a 4-3-3, the movement of Angel Di Maria and Luka Modric make it resemble more of a 4-1-2-2-1 when going forward. This makes for many options and with Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo both in great form, the visitors are sure to score at the Vicente Calderon. Diego Simeone will know his side are not in great shape and so it is not a great time to be meeting their rivals. Atletico lost last weekend and have now two defeats in their last three outings. Simeone will have to get his defence in shape if they are to contain Madrid. Atleticos Argentine boss is considering tinkering with his attack. Not only has his team been conceding more goals of late, but, they have not been as prolific at the other end. In their last six games, Los Colchones have been kept scoreless four times. The arrival of Diego seems to have not helped the situation and for this reason, as reported by Marca, Simeone is thinking of dropping the Brazilian and David Villa and opting for Raul Garcia instead. It should be an intriguing battle. Both coaches are tactically astute and while both teams are going through contrasting times at present, to see if Atletico can stop the Madrid juggernaut which seems to be gaining pace will be very interesting. Madrid lead their opponents by three points at present and should they extend it to six that could be Atleticos title challenge all but over. Meanwhile, Real Madrid will be considered outright favourites. While form suggests Madrid should run away with the points, one has to remember that this is a derby. Atletico will be up for this one and while they were convincingly thrashed recently by Madrid in the Copa del Rey, it is unlikely that they will succumb so easily again.
