HERE’S THE MEAT AND 2 SIDES! WHAT YOU MISSED WHILE YOU SLEPT IT OFF: 2 teenage girls were hurt and 7 arrested after a huge mob fight in front of the Best Pawn on Jackson yesterday afternoon. A security guard said the female victim, two teens, and a 34-year-old were in a car when a group of kids from a nearby bus stop charged the car, ripped the doors open and the brawl was on. Someone else said there was fighting all over the parking lot... A mom who left four young children home alone at her North Memphis mobile home hasnt been charged - yet. The mother showed up just as police were called to the trailer on Bauman Drive. There was no food in the house, clothes were laying all over and the 6 year-old appeared to be playing MOM to the 3 younger kids... Yesterday we did a story about how 171 Memphis Police Officers have quit: This is what happens when the police department dwindles: last night - a cop was dragged by a car during a traffic stop at Horn Lake and Mitchell Roadsended up with minor injuries - another officer is healing after a two car crash at Third Street and Blanche. The officer and a person in the second vehicle were both taken to hospitals in non-critical condition. One day in the life!... Thanks to the Shelby County School District students can get three meals a day. The free dinners cost the district nothing - now parents in Shelby Country not only dont have to worry about feeding their kids breakfast or lunch, DINNER is also taken care of...
