Quick intro - I am a Naturopathic Doctor starting at Yates Naturopathic Clinic on Carp Rd this September. I am very excited to be starting a family practice here in Stittsville! I have a special interest in womens health as well as pregnancy preparation/fertility support and prenatal care. I wanted to let you know about 4 FREE talks I will be doing over the next 6 weeks. The first talk is about how to keep your kids healthy throughout the school year. It is this Thursday Aug 28th at 7pm at Yates Naturopathic Clinic (1087 Carp Rd). I will be talking a lot about nutrition (and how to get them to eat healthy foods!) but also about exercise, sleep, and supplements. Your kids do not need to be of school age for you to attend...the earlier you get them started on healthy foods, the better!
