HI ALL QUICK UPDATE. There was a meeting in the community centre this evening concerning the proposed all weather pitch. Attending this meeting was Eoin Ó Broin Trevor Gilligan Breda Bonner, Kenneth Egan. Willie Shiels from SDCC, Rita Harte from KYCC. Des Connolly and Myself. Absolutely everybody in the room was of the same opinion , that the Astro was a good idea. The main problem as always is funding. There was a lot of ideas tossed around and these need to be discussed. We will keep you all informed. There is a managers and committee meeting soon and these issues will be addressed. I have to say that there was a lot of positivity in that meeting and hopefully good things are ahead for this community of ours
