We function like call center agents, but it is home based (online) and we converse to clients through chat. You will earn 200 Pesos for each person you recruit into the Penny Matrix to join. You earn anywhere from 10% to 25% commission on the sales that you personally produce depending on your title which ranges from 200 to 10,000 Pesos or more every week – Agents get 10%; Leaders get 15%; and Directors get 25%. We also pay Leaders and Directors 5% to 15% overrides on the teams of Agents they hire and train.
