Associates are first tier support for ATT customers that are having issues with internet, TV services and basic VOIP issues. The associate will learn to use ATT tools to do basic troubleshooting utilizing these tools. ATT tools provide step by step instructions/scripting allowing the agent to assess and assist the customer. Availability: The position is Full Time, 40 hour work week, must have open availability from 7:00am to 1:00am EST. Monday thru Saturday, with one day off during the week. The day off will be dictated by client needs. The position that you are applying for requires that you be available for a mix of am and pm shifts, Start dates: June 24 & July 15th
