HOORAY for quick and effective workouts!! If I could be your personal guide through a program with 30 minute workouts, a meal plan with portioned food containers, daily nutrient-dense meals, no counting calories, and only 3 weeks long, would you let me be that person? :-D If you need a program you can stick with, a program that is easy to follow but will still kick your butt, **please comment below or message me directly** and Ill send you the details on the program. Youll succeed this time because youll be closely working with me and a few other women who are just like you. :) Well be starting this program on Monday, November 3rd in my private online accountability group. Please invest in yourself this month instead of those lattes, purses, and shopping trips and Ill invest my time in YOU. :) US and Canada ladies only, please.
