This is an important position as you will be assisting Project Managers on a daily basis. Job Description Assist Project Mangers to manage projects and customer relationship to ensure on-time delivery of product that meets customer requirements. Coordinate project management activities for multiple projects. Principal Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day to day management activities, coordinating project management activities including: • Drawing Submittal List • Project Schedules • Project Books • Weekly / Monthly Status Reports • Database Management • Witness & Observe Schedules • Customer inspection visits and managing visitors in-house activities while they are within the facility • Shipping, packaging and freight forwarding activities (i.e. A52) • Providing assistance in the preparation and creating of project management materials required for various types of meetings. • Provide briefings to Project Manager on progress and concerns of assigned projects. • Prepare drawing transmittals and process drawing comments received. • Coordinate manual generation and shipment to the customer. Qualification Requirements • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 0-5 years of Project Management experience or equivalent • Experience with API and technical specifications relating to turboexpanders preferred • Excellence in interpersonal skills including communication (written & verbal), self-starter, positive make-happen attitude, handling multiple tasks, team player Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check is a prerequisite for this job.
