HOUR OF POWER is on! Tomorrow (Wednesday) night, 6:15 pm @ Ron Boyle Cres, Carole Park. This is one hour of sprint/interval training. Course is a flat 1.5km circuit and we normally manage around 15 -18 laps: First lap super-easy (allow everyone to catch up after the sprint), Second lap medium tempo (ca. 30kph), Third lap medium tempo increasing on the last 500m with a sprint at the end (ca. 100-200m). Back to First lap after the sprint. Come along for the mid-week power-hour and give your legs a nice workout. Bring your lights! PS: for all the Triathletes and Multisport talents amongst us: bring your runners and run a lap off the bike...or two...or mooore ;-)
