HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE NOT MIXED THE HOLY SEED? SOMETHING TO PONDER .... by Deirdre September 19, 2014 Every once in a while I think and then say something really controversial. Today is going to be one of those days. According to the Bible, it is a trespass against God to marry outside of His holy bloodline. The Bible, makes very clear that the Lord does not want the holy race becoming polluted. He does not want His children marrying children of foreign gods. So my question to the married is this: If you claim to be a child of God, what precautions did you take to ensure that you did not marry outside of His holy bloodline? Here is what the bible says about polluting the holy race with mixed marriages: For the men of Israel have married women from these people and have taken them as wives for their sons. So the holy race has become polluted by these mixed marriages. Worse yet, the leaders and officials have led the way in this outrage. - Ezra 9:2 (NLT) Indeed, the Israelite men have taken some of their daughters as wives for themselves and their sons, so that the holy seed has become mixed with the surrounding peoples. The leaders and officials have taken the lead in this unfaithfulness!” - Ezra 9:2 (HCSB) You shall not intermarry with them, giving your daughters to their sons or taking their daughters for your sons, for they would turn away your sons from following me, to serve other gods. Then the anger of the Lord would be kindled against you, and he would destroy you quickly. - Deuteronomy 7:3-4 “For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for his treasured possession, out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth. - Deuteronomy 7:6 Now I have to be honest, I know this sounds like something that Hitler might have said Dont mix the holy seed! , but I cant help but wonder if there is really something to it. In Moses time, It was clear who the Israelites were and who were not, but after the Lord scattered the people and ten tribes were lost, who is to say who the real Israelites are. In fact the Book of Revelation says there are people who call themselves Jews who are not and Isaiah says there are children of Abraham who are children of God, but not acknowledged as children of God. I know your afflictions and your poverty--yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. - Revelation 2:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. - Revelation 3:9 For you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us; you, O LORD, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. - Isaiah 63:16 When I was a little girl I remember that people were required to take pre-marital blood tests before they were married. I had no idea why, so today I looked it up. I came across one article on the internet that did not give me much insight from a religious perspective, but this topic is something I definitely plan to do further research on because It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out. - Proverbs 25:2 Here is what one website says about requirements for pre-marital blood tests - 4. Blood Test and/or Exam Some states still require couples to have blood tests before they can receive a marriage license. Such tests may check for many types of venereal or other communicable diseases. Most states do not require testing for AIDS. The purpose of such tests is not to keep a person with an illness from marrying, but to ensure that the spouse knows of the condition. In addition to blood tests, some states require complete physical exams. Even in states where no blood test or exam is required, failing to tell your prospective spouse that you have a venereal disease or a physical impairment (such as impotency or infertility) before you marry may make the marriage invalid. Since marriage is a contract, this makes sense--you are getting more or less than what you bargained for.
