HOW HABITS ARE FORMED- I was having a conversation with someone about forming new habits and its said that it takes around 90 days or 3months to create a new habit and wire it into your brains neural conditioning. Its my belief that a new habit is formed the second you make that new behavior a MUST. therefore a new habit can be created in one second if you just learn to associate massive amounts of pain to the old behavior or habit. You will never revert back to the old habit if you associate massive amounts of pain to that behavior, belief or thought pattern. I teach my clients that you can change your life immediately or you can prolong the change because you are not mentally, emotionally, spiritually and or physically ready to experience such a rapid change. Most people are not ready to experience rapid changes in growth and they need 90 days to get comfortable with the new changes. Just my two cents on the ability to form new habits.
