HOW MANY WOULD LOVE TO TOUCH THE HEART OF CHRIST TODAY???? Our lord Jesus Christ said in his word, that at the last days the love of many shall wax cold and many shall be lovers of themselves because iniquity shall abound. In fact the fulfillment of that prophecy is validated by the current events around the world. Covetousness, selfishness and greed abound everywhere both in the house of God and in the world. As many of us seat comfortably in our houses, schools and businesses, there are Christian brothers and sisters in different part of the world who are consistently persecuted by people of other faiths. Many of them are imprisoned for life, condemned to death, and set ablaze by some fanatics. Have you ever felt their pain and how often do you pray for them? What about those brothers and sisters in Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, China, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Sudan, Afghanistan, Somali, India and other Muslim countries? Do you realize that as you take your time to pray for those victims, you are equally touching the heart of our lord Jesus Christ? In the early days, when a brother or sister is arrested, other Christians would gather together to fast and pray for their safety and deliverance but today many Christians do not care to know about what is happening to their fellow brothers and sisters. How many of you would like to touch the heart of our lord Jesus Christ today? If you answer “yes I will” then pick a country among those listed above and begin to pray for the Christians going through terrible persecution. To Our Lord Jesus Christ, that is more than a big cathedral decorated with ornaments, Pearls, silver and gold but devoid of love. Pray for a Pakistani Christian sister, Asia Bibi who is currently on death roll in Pakistan because of her faith.
