HOW TO ADOPT A DOG OUT OF SAN ANTONIO, ONE OF THE NATIONS BIGGEST KILLING SHELTERS - Dogs need a plan....#1 - send email to [email protected] with dogs name and id# - #2 - contact me and I will find a place for them. There needs to be a plan - will they be boarded at $10 per day or will a foster be available? Holidawg Pet Resort or Happy Paws Grooming & Boarding are great local resources (not always available but sometimes there are openings) #3 - a PULLER needs to be found - #4 - spaying and neutering need to take place if applicable #5 - vetting/health certs need to be obtained - Pavlovs Vet Clinic is located close to Happy Paws and they are quite reasonable...- These cost about $40 #6 - transport needs to be secured and planned # 7 - PICK UP YOUR NEW DOG FROM TRANSPORT AND ENJOY YOUR NEW ADOPTED FUREVER FRIEND - GIVE HUGS AND PETTINGS AND WALKS AS NEEDED!!!!!!
