HOW WOULD YOU RESPOND? I have said this before, There will always be a TEST before the Miracle! Matt.15:22-23 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him saying, Have mercy on me O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon possessed. (23) But He answered her not a word. WOW! He answered her, NOT A WORD! This is certainly not the typical response you would normally receive from the all merciful Lord! Not every teaching from the Lord is an easy one. This is one of the hard ones! Here is a desperate woman...seeking the mercy of God for her daughter, and He answers her, NOT A WORD! WHY does Jesus do this? There is only one answer. To TRY her faith! To TEST Her! How WOULD YOU RESPOND when Jesus doesnt answer you right away? How would YOU respond when YOU dont understand His response? How would YOU respond during these kinds of SILENT times? Many would get mad at God and accuse or curse Him, or say that He isnt the man many believe Him to be! Seriously though... HOW WOULD YOU RESPOND? KNOW this! Not every accepted prayer is immediately answered prayer! The TEST for us is to, TRUSTand to Wait 4 it! GOOD, is still promised to come from this! The mature Christian who truly loves and honors the Lord, will see the GOOD in everything Jesus says and does! Love believes the Good! (1 Cor.13) Its way too easy to get mad and RUN away! If YOU RUN, the TEST will only follow you so you can take it again and again! But be encouraged! Trust Him when you dont understand! Pass the TEST! For your miracle depends upon it! [Hab.2:3,4]
