ROBBERY– NON COMMERCIAL Beat C1 5800 THUNDER HILL RD, 06/13 2213, ATTEMPT: Victim advised he was in front of the Columbia Ice Rink when he was assaulted by two suspects who attempted to take his wallet and belt. Two friends of the victim approached to assist and the suspects displayed a canister of mace. The two suspects fled the scene toward White Acre Road and Stevens Forest Road without taking any property. 13-57673 Suspect #1: Black male, approximately 20 years old, short dark hair, white T-shirt, blue jeans, riding orange bicycle Suspect #2: Black male, approximately 20 years old, blue striped shirt, blue jeans, black headphones around neck BURGLARY – COMMERCIAL Beat B1 BLANDAIR PARK, 6600 RT 175, 06/17 1414: A review of surveillance camera footage revealed seven juveniles kicking the door to the park’s shed. The door was split in two but it is unknown if anything was taken at this time. 13-57589 INDECENT EXPOSURE Beat B3 8200 LARK BROWN RD, 06/17 2205: The female victim was involved in a fender bender on the parking lot of the Royal Farm Store. While standing outside her vehicle, she was called over by the driver of an uninvolved vehicle. She thought he might have more information regarding the accident. When she got close to the vehicle the subject grabbed her by the hand and pulled her into the window as he exposed himself. The female screamed and the subject drove off. The operator of the other vehicle involved in the accident obtained a tag number. The suspect was positively identified and arrested. 13-57665 ARRESTED: Robert William Beattie, 35, of Wilmington, DE (charged with second-degree assault and indecent exposure).
