HR Country Manager Job description Our client is a FDI company. Now seeking HR Country Manager in Vung Tau. - Join the country leadership team, contribute to the country strategy’s development, offer supports in Human resources; take care the relation with business and site managers, senior HRBPs to be deeply aware of HR demands then build up operational plans. - Supply HR services in particular countries to satisfy business requirements ensuring accordance with collaboration policy and country legislative and contractual requirements. - Responsible for employment policy and governance, making sure that all the activities are complied with corporate policy and employment laws in each country. The tasks consist of hiring, terminating, managing relations of trade unions, immigrating… To get involved in mergers, divestitures, acquisitions. - Build up a team of operational generalists to deploy business support. In each country, he/she is required to take control over a HR Shared Services Team, ensure the HR Shared Service is driven to make operational generalists team is concentrating on the right goals. - Responsible for managing the HR budget and team, controlling HR performance, consistency and standardization, helping generalists team in ensuring business priority alignment. - Offer intelligence in localities for resourcing, rewarding, employee relations building on hiring tendencies, appropriate reward packages involving benefits, driving forces for the workforce. - Make sure that everyone is provided with core learning and compliance training. When necessary, take part in the development of strategy in the country for talent development, either individual or leadership growth. - Support standardization and simplification when possible, share practices in regional and global scales to achieve continuous improvement. - Perform as the key in contracted HR services in the country. - Control HR interaction with relevant public regulatory groups, related councils and establishments. Job requirement: - Experienced in matrix organization - Deeply understand the HR functions and its role in the process of reaching business goals. - Control teams of HR generalist - Have excellent customer and relationship management skills involving skills in credibility and influencing, able to work in a matrix and face ambiguity. - Be fully aware of employment laws, regulations, procedures and HR issues in each country. - Good command of English language and the local language. - Capable of coaching leaders and their teams to carry out business strategies, driving performance and capability enhance in these teams.
