HR MANAGER – SP Sobre nosso cliente Our client is a multinational asian company expanding their business in Latin America. Oferta: Reporting to the Administrative Director, this candidate main responsabilities will be: - Design and implement annual HR Business plans that support the business strategy; - Build a solid HR foundation both from a system and process point of view; - Support and advise managers in HR matters and act as mediator in legal HR issues; - In a challenging labour market, to have the ability to design and implement creative and effective tools with a strong focus on retention and reward; - As part of the Latin America management team we expect you to have full business understanding and prioritize key HR projects to drive growth; - Act as ambassador to drive a culture of Learning and Development by focusing on Return on Investment. You will work closely with your business managers to ensure that the right training and development opportunities will be chosen and delivered (in some cases by yourself); - With a constant growing business it is important that leaders are advised and supported by HR to ensure sustainable organisational structures and resource planning that builds the future; - A strong performance culture makes it critical for HR to coach managers on performance management issues and processes; - Deal with performance, talent management and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills. Perfil desejado This is an opportunity for a HR professional with solid generalist experience in multinational companies, also with good knowledge of Labor relationship area.
