HR Operations Manager is required for a well reputed Agriculture and Consumer foods Company Marwa Safwat Senior Recruitment Specialist at Partner-PEO "Professional Employer Organization" Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for Agriculture and Consumer foods Company, the Job Description is as following: Job title: HR Operations Manager Reporting to: HR Manager Main Responsibilities: • Will coordinate the overall operations of HR department in order to provide pro-active, results-oriented HR service to the organization. The HR Operations Manager will contribute to the development of new, and improvement of existing, HR policies, systems and practices • Assist the HR Manager in developing, reviewing and updating the HR Strategy and the HR Management policies, systems and practices • Handle the day-to-day operations of all sites in coordination with the HR representatives in each company • Implement HR and Personnel policies and procedures to ensure effective application of HR standards. • Assist in the development of the compensation and benefits strategy of the company • Monitor salary structure and benefits at all times based on the company salary and benefits structure • Enhance and implement the HR information systems to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization. In particular, ensure the HRIS database provides timely and accurate information. • Ensuring that all personnel transactions follow the appropriate procedures and that all requirements are met prior to approval of transaction. • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues per site Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the field Qualifications: • Bachelor degree of a relevant major. • Computer Skills: Excellent MS Office • English Language: Excellent • Excellent Communication skills • Strong Leadership capabilities • Result oriented • Strong analytic skills • Strong interpersonal skills Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package.
