HR Specialist / Performance Management – East London Salary - Highly negotiable 12 month contract Duties: • Implement Performance Management System • Develop guidelines, procedures and processes for smooth implementation • Responsible for designing and conducting Performance Management Training • Monitor compliance • Introduce Lean administration within role • Responsible for continuous improvement and bench-marking position and competency profiles • Responsible for Departmental budget and assets Requirements: • Minimum of NQF 6 - ND in Human Resources or relevant equivalent • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience and extensive exposure to performance management implementation • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Advanced Computer and Presentation Skills • Ability to manage project • Goal orientated • Experience in manufacturing environment would be of added advantage Please note: if you have not been contacted within two weeks consider your application unsuccessful Please send CV and all correspondence to [email protected] Please specify which advert you are applying for
