Focus more on the qualifications that pertain to the job that you are interviewing for. 2. Speak about your work experience and each of your jobs briefly. Focus on what you skills you have learnt from them and how they will be of benefit to the role that you are interviewing for. Speak about your main responsibilities and achievements at each of the positions. Also try to show how you have grown professionally in each of the jobs. 3. Highlight your important strengths and achievements as you are discussing your background. 4. Explain about your project. 2)Why should i hire you? Fresher First thing is that I always try to maintain good relationship with my seniors & juniors as well as also with workers. Second thing is I have no issue with time to work, I always gives priority to my work escape my family problems. Third thing is I am quick leaner from every one. Experience: You should hire me because, I like to learn new things, and I am sincere about my work, I always tried to give my best as much as possible. And most of the time I had successfully completed my task more than I expected. 3)What are your strengths and weakness? My strength is that I am confident & self motivated person with positive attitude towards my life and my carrier. I have quick learning ability, adaptability & have good analytical & problem solving skills. sir I have excellent time management skills. Weakness:(tell your strength as weakness) My biggest weakness is that I cant say no when someone ask for help,I am bit emotional for sometimes whenever I get a failure. 4) Why do you want to work at our company? Yes, I am ready to relocate. One day I have to step out of my house. I will not get the required experience, opportunities and knowledge by being at one place. So relocation is comfortable for me. 7) How long would you expect to work for us if hired? As long as I have the career growth, job satisfaction, respect and a healthy environment I dont need to change my company. 8)Tell me something about our company? Before attending this interview I have gathered lots of information about our organization. After summarize the all facts about our organization my opinion is like this:. It is one of the most reputed IT company in the world. The infrastructure & Working Environment is splendid. Our organization having good payroll system. It provides free medical facility to all employee. Lastly the main fact is every employee having the partner of success of organization. 9) How much salary do you expect?
