We invite dynamic professionals and result oriented person with motivation and creativity to full fill following position: HRD Estate (Code: S-HRE) Job Description Will handle HRD operation and plantation and support all the related HR & GA matters Planning, coordinating, and controlling, carrying all operation of HRD & GA matters Building a performance culture and facilitating succession planning program Liaising with government, officials and others party Reviewing and evaluating HR practices and reports for HRD HO Jakarta Should always communicate & coordinate with the HO-Jakarta, above all things related Requirements Minimum holds Bachelor Degree on Law or Psychology or Human resources management or related discipline area from reputable university Maximum age 40 years old Having at least 3-5 years experience in HR Estate – Plantation from palm oil company business Know well and understanding of HR function area, Recruitment, Training, Development, Industrial Relation and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, and General Affair matters.
