HUNTSVILLE UTILITIES – POWER OUTAGE FOLLOW UP HUNTSVILLE MEDICAL DISTRICT July 13, 2014 – 9:30 AM Last evening, at approximately 10:45 PM, there was a power outage in the Huntsville Medical District primarily affecting commercial and medical buildings on and around the Huntsville Hospital campus. Crews responded quickly and found a section of failed underground equipment near the intersection of Lowell Drive and Rands Avenue. Once isolated, crews were able to begin restoring power to affected customers, with all power being restored by approximately 1:00 AM this morning.
