Ha, compassionate veteran? More like criminal scum, ignoring our highly civilized business as usual model! It is so troublesome and disheartening when people dont conform to that. Or to the seemingly related, possibly overarching formula that we sometimes share with some of the other species of our primate ancestors and relatives today: that of might makes right. Lol. At least occassional illegalization of ethics isnt personal, but rather, simply expected, under such a currently refined philosophical and conscientious framework. Wait (*scratches head*). Such a system is based not wholly on rational philosophy and conscience, but more in hunger for power, control, and property. Yeah, the be decent model seems much better. Hopefully legislation will discontinue overt oppositions to that, and start contributing more actively to supporting it. Due principally to actual heroes (e.g., this criminal, military servers, activists, etc.) who directly act for causes and go beyond something far less useful, like my infrequent slacktivism, the Internet and the information age in general, our apparent pattern of trajectory, etc., I sense that, on the whole, were all ever gradually progressing to higher standards. But, this truly is one of those wtf moments, yeah?
