Had a bad-ass chef moment tonight. We had a group of 6 come in 10 minutes before closing. They had a delayed flight, and got stuck in a broken down cab. I sent them out a free appetizer before their entrees because I knew they were hungry and I wanted to make sure they had a good experience. I made all of their burgers and went to check on them a few minutes after. They were so happy and loved that I was so thoughtful to send them out an app. One guy said it was "Perfect". Yay! Happy day!
