Had a conversation with a Jewish friend this morning at the gym. He told me all that the Jews went thru in the hands of Hitler and co...I tried to relate by talking about slavery. The man turned to me and said Kwame, you cant compare the two, our experience was much worse than slavery. Got me thinking....am I the only person who seems to think slavery was that bad? Is it inappropriate to compare the two awful calamities? Educate me.
