Had a conversation with my mom tonight that just touched my heart. One of the residents just down the hall from her, at the nursing home, passed away today. She walked by the residents room and saw family standing around the bed. She walked in and asked if she could pray with the family. Mom has struggled so much with being in a nursing home. I wish she didnt have to be there either. But, we have encouraged her to use the gifts God has given her to be a light at Rolling Fields. She called tonight to tell me one of the family members, of the resident who passed, came back in this evening bearing a Poinsettia for her. They were so touched by moms kindness. Proud of my momma!
