Had a great time today with re-starting meditation/intuitive development classes. Some wonderful releasing, healing and insights was had by many. Because we are all individuals, this variety of meditation practice allows for participants to gauge what works best for them, making for a higher success rate with continuing the practice in the comfort of their own home at regular intervals. We all know the benefits of a regular meditation routine. Studies have proven its effectiveness in reducing blood pressure and stress.
