Had a heartwarming late night convo yesterday. The days seem to fade away and here we are, getting by. Its hard to think that, as we say, we are almost at the end of the line; we start to become tireless souls searching for meaning, wanting our buckets to be filled. I dont know, but theres really something that makes me sad today about leaving and loving from afar. I dont know how long I can hold my tears and emotions as I return to what I call The Lonely Place, where sadness and solitude meet. But no matter what, Ill forever treasure this thing that we have—friendship. And wherever each of us goes, Ill always be thankful to you for accepting the whole of me, in joy and in sorrow. Where I am now is, in large part, because of you.
