Had a long busy week and im completly exausted! Started a new programme from my coach yesterday and its very intense. . My arms are sore today. Then today was LEG DAY !! And a very tough sesh it was too . . *drop set barbell squats x 4 *hack squats *leg press *barbell walking lunges *leg extensions and 3 different exercises for my calves . I had to stop near the end to eat and then go back in and finish it off with my HIIT sesh aswel before going back to work! Complete rest day will be had tomorow along with a cheat meal with my sister and then back in to kill another crucifying sesh on my new programme sunday ;-) If I dont have a good weigh in tomorow I think il craic up. . Im feeling very stressed as im sticking to my coaches plan with stil 2300 cals a day and only 2 x 24 min cardio sesions a week. . Any other prep ive done,ive eaten way less calories and cardio was more or less everyday. . I feel like I should be doing more and need to do more but my coach insists that I dont make any changes . Any way. . Destress myself and get some well needed rest !
