Had an awesome night cooking dinner and playing pet shops with my favorite little girl. With school being back in session I have got to make time for my daughter as well. Its hard with nursing homework but she will always come first as I told her tonight. I told her at times it may not seem mommy is making you priority when Im consumed with school work but shes always forefront in my mind. I cant wait to be done with school so I can focus on raising my child and putting healthy meals on the table for her. , The past 5 years have passed so quickly, at just 6 months old I chose to go back to school and now its almost finished and I look up and Kamryn is almost 6 years old. I want to be a good role model for Kam and I hope that Ive made the right choices in trying to better myself but also for my family. I do not want to be that parent who focuses so much on work that the child feels neglected. I commend all you working moms/dads, student moms, single moms, or any parent for that matter juggling self actualization with successful parenting. Its a tight balance between caregiver and career.
