Had an idea...Please offer feedback, addition thoughts, and effort.. ?: Can we collectively unite all political artist in an effort to inspire through their expression on a specific instances or form a group to utilize Notable artists responses to future events and war crimes in Syria and the Middle East? *Please read my thoughts, opinions ,and let me know what you think? -We are all fighting in essence the same thing SILENCE, INDIFFERENCE, OVERSATURATED MEDIA IGNORING REAL ISSUES OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND JUSTICE FOR WAR CRIMES COMMITTED. -A CONCERTED EFFORT to unite the political artist community outside the areas of suffering to artists inside that are fearlessly expressing themselves in many forms/media, would be a victory in and of itself. -The Syrian people live a reality of daily war crimes and systematic abduction, torture, disappearance that the Syrian regime and its conscripted militias continue to commit on the remaining 120,000 as they await a torturous fate in Syrian detention centers. -Caesar and the testimony/experience/evidence are now in the public domain, in multiple mediums ,and broadcast currently on main media networks. -Now could be the perfect time for artists from Ali Ferzat to Kafranbel artists to Fadi Zyada ;to show solidarity with expressing in a finite effort for events like Caesar testimony, Anniversary of chemical on Ghouta, and join in trending awareness through multiple forms of media - ie. Much similarly to the Stand with Syria Banksy effort. -Whether in uniting for protests/sharing on social media/gathering other ideas in unity( musicians, aid org.s, artist, activist, celebrities) -The inclusion/participation of notable activist and witnesses to the atrocities in Assad prisons and in the events of ethnic cleansing and gas attacks can only gain legitimacy to this cause and the unity in a singlular voice of condemnation ,and an effort to unite the freedom of artist to express themselves and the need for justice. For my part : I will work toward connecting/requesting/gathering support as I enjoy creating art and in helping find solidarity for Syria. Other questions: ? : What I wonder is the goal to unite worth devoting time, effort,$ into? ? : Whom will want to help/volunteer/act? ? : Perhaps more can be done or less( to remain focused in achieving a goal of unity within the political art form and activist community?
