Had heard this on the grapevine, that the Exhibition Rooms in Crystal Palace had bought the old Mint bar in Streatham ... then found this on the Ex. Rooms FB page ... Hello everybody, Just wanted to announce that the Exhibition Rooms is currently looking to recruit staff for an exciting new venture opening late April early May on Streatham High road. Currently we have jobs available for experienced bar tenders, duty mangers as well as full time and part time waiting staff. We are also looking for chefs, breakfast chefs, a head chef and kitchen porters. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic people with plenty of experience to help launch our new cafe, restaurant and bar. We are able to offer a competitive wage as well as incentives and plenty of opportunities to grow within our team! Applicants must be available from the beginning to mid April for training- much of this will be organised at the Crystal Palace restaurant.
