Had my Dr’s appt early this morning. Great news is that I lost 6 lbs in the past 2 wks … YAY me! :) I was also told to incorporate a lot of veggies/fruit into my diet & a convenient way to do that is w/ smoothies. So if anyone has any helpful info that I could use, it would be nice. I have a blender & I don’t know if that’s the right contraption to use for smoothies. I’m thinking there’s a “smoothie maker”. Yes, I’m over-thinking this. Any input would be nice. Thank you.
