Had my Massage/Dorn Therapy with the beautiful and lovely Nicole from Nicoles Shiatsu,Qi Gong and Dorn Method Retreat today. I cant recommened her highly enough! I feel amazing after having so much going on with my body! No pain at moment from lower back to neck & shoulders. My spine feels more alighned and I can breath a little better after some awful sinus problems...yay! Haha :-) Will be making a regular bookings now. Heres to a better sleep I hope tonight! Xo
