Had my most unusual HR issue today! An employee was riding his bicycle to work and a skunk crossed his path; both the skunk and the bike veered off in the same direction. The bike struck the skunk and the skunk spewed all over the operator. The employee came to work because he needed the money and thought no one would believe him, He tried to wrap his pant legs in stretch wrap to kill the spell, but no such luck. Hes now been transferred to his 3rd department and nobody wants him around. The dilemma is: should we send him home and pay him or will that provoke others to seek out skunks and allow themselves to be sprayed?
