Had my post opt today....knee is healing well.. Only bad news is that because of all the arthritis, I am destined for knee replacement.. And of course a good way to push that back is to lose weight and take the added pressure off the knee.... Damn Dr, the whole purpose of this surgery was so I could exercise and be able to walk when I finish!!!!Physical therapy starts next week! Lots of bike riding on the menu, trying to get the hubby to buy me a recumbent bike...wish me luck!!!
