Had to leave Home Depot in Georgetown so I wouldnt cause a scene. - TopicsExpress

Had to leave Home Depot in Georgetown so I wouldnt cause a scene. Not at an employee there... they are always fantastic and go above and beyond, but at a customer. I was patiently waiting in line for 10 minutes in the paint department. When it was my turn, a lady tried go in front of me... I politely said I was next and she seemed fine. I commonly let someone in front of me if they have a single item or a quick question. After a few minutes of the employee trying to help me, the other customer suddenly didnt seem so fine and starting huffing and puffing, tapping her fingers and getting impatient. I finally got irritated with this ladys gestures, told the employee I would come back later, and told the impatient customer to quit being rude. My tolerance for rude and impatient people is finally paper thin after nearly 20 years of being in the service industry. If you dont have patience or insist on being rude to others, do everyone a favor and stay at home. You arent the only one in this world who has something to do or somewhere to be. Be thankful you have to wait. Use that time to relax. Theres one of my few public rants you will ever see on Facebook. Have a great Sunday!
