Had to share! Travis commented to me that he cant get his workout in because Martial Arts Advantage North will be closed for the day. Well, I told him I will remedy that and will post a workout tailored for him tomorrow morning. The workout is all READY and I quickly made a graphic to share because if I am going to post a workout, I might as well share it for everyone! I also told him that if Im going to post a workout you better believe I will be doing the workout MYSELF. I dont tell people to do things I will not do, or have not already done, myself. Plus, my own regularly scheduled workout tomorrow right afterwards...Oh, and I am dreading the workout I designed for him. Ha! Cant wait to share! =]
