Had to take JSS Installations Double Glazed Conservatories, Windows and Doors Specialists Barnsley to the small claims court for a breach of contract under the sale of goods and services act 1982 for completely blanking my complaint in May 2013 where they deceived and cheated us by knowingly sending out a composite door to be fitted after offering in a written and verbal contract to source and fit a composite door from another manufacturer that we requested only to replicate the design with one of their composite doors with glass made to look like what we wanted sent out and fitted, judgment in my favour by default as they blanked the court, if you want to share this it’s up to you
