............Hagar may look so sweet, innocent and attractive; but in her bosom lies great negative consequences: stay away!!! God can never fail, He honours His Word above His name, He will bring in that right man/woman! Dont run ahead of Him...............was a matter that captured my thought this morning! A penitent issue that burdened my heart was Abrams stiff adherence to that which will not serve the ultimate purpose of God in Ishmael! Even when God told him POINT BLANK that HE will NOT ESTABLISHED HIS COVENANT WITH ISHMAEL (Gen. 17:18-22). What a matter to ponder upon when my myopic glimpse of His promises begins to sever at the glance of that which is meant to perish and never serve His purpose for my life! Many have gone this path of absolute deviation from the ultimate plan of God for their life due to undue pressure and self actualization. The grave matter today is that ISHMAEL CARRIED A FALSE CIRCUMCISION that makes him to have a resemblance to God (Gen. 17:23). What a deception! Circumcising our SELF WILL and desires WILL NEVER SUFFIX FOR GODS PERFECT PLAN for our life. A critical issue of prayer this morning dear Lord is to be strengthened in my inner man never to give up holding to your UNFAILING PROMISES until I reach my HOME in whatever dimension you have high-marked for me on this side of eternity. Oh! how my heart longs for your sufficient GRACE to hold on through out this COMPULSORY WILDERNESS OF PATIENCE to obtaining your promises after obeying your will (Heb. 10:36). Lord, my heart cries.....
