Hair by Chloe is introducing a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of your service for clients that cancel with less the 24 hours notice given prior to thier scheduled appointment. I really hate to implement this cancellation fee but the salon is Appointment Only and I have a list of people waiting for appointments. I can fit these people into the cancelled appointments when I am given more then 24 hours notice. Thank you for your understanding. Chloe
