Half The Man That I Was!! Over the last 13 months, because of Gods grace, I have managed to lose 228 lbs. That is one more lb than half the weight with which I started. NO, it has not been totally easy. It has taken lots of willpower and support from my family and friends, especially my Patsy. I am including a before and in the meantime picture. The in the meantime picture is exactly that. As Robert Frost said I have lbs to go before I cease. With Gods continued help, I hope to lose T least another 28 lbs. Thanks for all the prayers and support from my Facebook friends. Ron
