Half way = 65 sit-ups, 85 crunches, 42 leg raises, and 55sec plank. Im feeling stronger, but really weak too. Ive been quite sick since Friday a week ago (a cold and also some food poisoning and an audition for a musical - so pretty bad) and just feel incredibly drained. On the ab front - its going well, and its even effecting the bedroom...now when I walk in the wife turns to me and says, Baby? Have you done your sit-ups yet? But I know what she really means, thats why Im wearing my business socks ;)
