Halloween PSA: PLEASE READ AND REMEMBER TONIGHT!!! Some kids that come to your door tonight have special needs (non verbal or have language delays = they cant or wont say Trick or Treat) Some kids are VERY shy and struggle with talking to strangers (they may also not say Trick or Treat or thank you) Some kids are older but still LOVE trick or treating. Remember prolonged innocence is something we should encourage in childhood even through teenaghood. Just because they look 15 doesnt mean they should grow up Let them have candy instead of saying arent you too old to be trick or treating? Lets encourage wholesome activities! Some kids dont have money for a costume or have a disability that makes it crazy difficult to wear a costume (some kids have aversions to how some materials/fabrics feel on their body) Moral of this post is BE KIND tonight! We are our childrens biggest example.
