Halwa walnuts (charmaghz) حلوا چارمغضی . . Finely chopped walnuts 2cups Sugar 2cups Khoya 1cup Oil 1cup Small cardamoms 8 Fried semolina 1/2cup Slivered almonds and pistachios as required . Cooking Directions Heat oil in a wok and fry small cardamoms.When the aroma is given off add chopped and peeled walnuts.Fry for 1-2 minutes.Then add 1 cup khoya, sugar and fried semolina.Cook for a further 5-10 minutes.Grease a tray and spread the halwa.Sprinkle the khoya and slivered pistachios and almonds on top.
