Railroad Street. 1311: A 48 year old female of of Spring Grove was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. The subject was arraigned before District Magistrate Dwayne Dubs and placed in York County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail. 1545: Disturbance involving a verbal dispute between neighbors was reported in the first block of Pleasant Street. 1842: Harassment occurring between juvenile males was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street. 1850: A charge of criminal trespass is pending against a 19 year old Felton man following an incident of trespassing reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. 2147: A 38 year old female of Hanover was cited for harassment following a domestic altercation with a man in the 200 block of Centennial Avenue. 2203: Disturbance reported in the 600 block of Broadway involved two male subjects who were located and warned for being loud. 2214: Suspicious female reported to be sleeping or passed out inside a business within the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive was gone from the area before police arrived. Wednesday, September 4, 2013; 1037: Theft of money reported at a business in the 1000 block of Carlisle Street. 1200: Suspicious circumstances reported in the first block of Hamilton Street where items reported missing from a residence may have been related to a civil property dispute. 2056: Suspicious person reported to be loitering outside a residence in the first block of N. Penn Street was not located. Thursday, September 5, 2013; 0231: Disturbance involving a verbal argument between two men was reported in the 400 block of S. Franklin Street.
