Happening Now at Ossen ,Baringo North Sub County Burial Ceremony of the Late Charles Kangogo Kulei the father of the Late Elias Kangogo who was named after an Elias ICT Centre in Kabarnet that was built by World Best Friends . The late Charles will be remembered for his selfless attitude towards nurturing his pupils where he is fondly remembered for a trademarked Art and Craft lessons and his fascinating skills. He will also be remembered for is link between the peoples Republic of Korea and Baringo County through his docket as the chairman of World Best Friends Kenya, a Korea based Organisation. His close friendship with the organisation has seen many farmers from the recent donation of dairy cows and the anticipation of coffee sector revival within Baringo. Kangogos contribution to the establishment of the countys ICT centre is a true demonstration of giving back to the society. The Late died on a tragic road accident along Tenges Eldama Ravine road. Present in the function is the area Member of Parliament Hon William Cheptumo, CEC for Education Emily Kibet, CEC Agriculture Lukah Rotich, Area MCA James Cheptoo, Friends from Korea among other county leaders.
