Happening Party People, I intend to do a 31day challenge in May – the main reason I’m doing this is to force some commitment on my training/eating regime and kick start tough mudder prep as well as shred some fat and get fitter and stronger in the process! So the plan is to do the following in preparation for the challenge: • Weigh yourself • Measure your body fat • Measure your body size – chest, arms, waist, legs etc • Take before pictures • Complete a 5 or 10k (or both) run at your fastest pace (no slacking to get better results at the end your only cheating yourself!!!!) • Complete a fitness test – Still to be decided but current suggestion is- o Max press ups in 60sec o Max reverse crunches in 60sec o Max burpees in 60sec o Max squats in 60sec o Max Squat thrusts in 60sec o Timed Plank to failure o Max pull ups to failure The idea is then we all train like beasts for 30days training together, by yourself, not at all its totally up to you but the more people that take part the more competition and inspiration we have! At the end of the month we do all of the above again and we can see who’s improved overall the most.
